Project preparation:
Please, read project preparation rules attentively and follow them straightly. Otherwise the organizer keeps his right not to admit incorrectly prepared project to the contest.
Logos and trademarks should be given:
1. For a publication on stand and in Identity magazine – in vector format (illustrator, eps, under 10-th version) or bitmap formats (tiff, 300 dpi), arranged into a square 10×10 centimeters
2. For placement in web and demonstration to jurymen – in bitmap format (gif, jpg, 72 dpi) arranged into a square 450×450 pixels

Corporate identity should be given:
1. For a publication on stand and in Identity magazine – in vector format (illustrator, eps, under 10-th version) or bitmap formats (tiff, 300 dpi), arranged into a A4 demy
2. For placement in web and demonstration to jurymen – in bitmap format (gif, jpg, 72 dpi) arranged into a format 900×636 pixels
Corporate identity project may be given both in one shot and in few shots, arranged in A4 demy
Corporate identity arrangement may be both horizontal and vertical:

Project description:
Each project should be accompanied with the info following in a separate text file (doc., txt.)
>Project’s name
>Client (company’s name)
>Project
>Designers (name of design-studio, art director, illustrator, designers, photographer; freelancers write only their names)
>Date (year when project ends)
>Background (facts about client, short history, reasons, why client decided to apply to design-firm)
>Challenge (what problem was set by a client, detail, limitation, special preferences in this project)
>Solution (design solution, the choice of color, shape, type, why was this concept chosen)
>Result (optional point) (further development of the company, connected with new design implementation)
Size: under 800 signs (gaps included)
Work code:
In the name of work you should write: nomination, participant’s name, project’s name (using underlining)
Example: L1_PaulSmith_Siemens or C4_GraphicTop_Coca-Cola
Project acceptation:
You can apply non-limited quantity of works, developed within the period 2008-2010 and approved by client. Works that were brought to Identity: Best of the Best 2006-2008 contest can not participate. Project acceptation is carried out via ftp-server of editorship, via e-mail best@identity.su, on CD’s or by means of site www.yousendit.com

Results announcing:
Full information about the results of international contest of logos, trademarks and corporate identity Identity: Best of the Best 2010 will be published in 17-th issue of Identity magazine, which will be spread at the largest Russian exhibition Design and Advertising (Moscow, Russia). Shortlist will be announced April, 01, 2010. Award ceremony of the contest Identity: Best of the Best 2010 will be held at Design and Advertising exhibition in April, 08, 2010 (Branding and Packaging Design Day; Organizer: Identity magazine)
